With a strong emphasis on efficiency, responsiveness, and client care, they are now looking to recruit a Client Services Coordinator to join their fully remote team. This is a key client-facing coordination role, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams, while maintaining high service standards across all interactions. The role is fully remote by design and will remain so.
The Role
You will play a vital role in managing client communications and supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring all client interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Email triage for the practice and reporting on response rate KPIs
- First response call-backs for calls arising from the answering service
- Maintenance calls for retainer client relationships
- Preparing quotes for new work and processing client orders
- Managing information requests issued to clients
- Issuing documents for online signature
- Carrying out initial AML (Anti-Money Laundering) ID checks
- Supporting general administrative and client-facing duties as required
- Ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients
- Maintaining accurate records on internal systems/CRM
Requirements
Essential
- Demonstrable 5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing or CRM-based role
- Highly IT literate and confident using online systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote role
- Must be a UK citizen and UK resident
- Must have high-speed broadband and access to a home computer
Desirable
- Recognised bookkeeping qualification (AATQB or ICB)
- Experience working within a public practice accountancy firm
- Familiarity with AML checks, client onboarding, or professional services environments
