- A valid UK driver's licence held for a minimum of 2 years
- A clean driving record with no points, endorsements, or bans
- No motoring or other convictions
- No motoring accidents within the last 5 years
- A proven history of safe driving practices, with ongoing performance monitored via telematics data
- Confidence in driving up to 3.5-ton vehicles (XLWB or Luton-size manual vans)

- Meticulous execution of multi-drop and direct deliveries
- Handling a variety of goods, from fresh items to high-end equipment, with exceptional care

- Photographic documentation of all items at pickup and delivered to ensure complete accountability
- Using telematics systems to maintain safe driving habits and proactively communicating with Logistics Coordinators
- Conducting thorough pre/post-shift vehicle checks and representing the organisation professionally
