You will be part of a knowledgeable, supportive and passionate training team that genuinely values expertise, professionalism and continuous improvement.

The organisation works closely with airports, aviation operators and regulated entities, delivering training aligned with CAA, DfT and international aviation security standards. You will be trusted to represent best practice in aviation security and contribute to maintaining high compliance standards within a safety-critical industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering aviation security training at airports and client sites nationwide (courses typically range from 1 to 8 days)

  • Providing an excellent learning experience and first-class customer service to clients and delegates
  • Maintaining accurate learner records, feedback and course documentation
  • Acting as a professional ambassador for the business, upholding its strong reputation for quality and compliance
  • Using digital systems including SharePoint, email and Microsoft Office for communication and administration

Our client is seeking an experienced, confident Aviation Security Instructor who enjoys delivering engaging, compliant training in real-world aviation environments. You will be comfortable working independently, travelling regularly, and representing a trusted brand at airports and aviation facilities nationwide. This role is particularly well-suited to instructors who value variety, autonomy and staying close to frontline aviation security operations. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the UK
  • Has resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years (mandatory as part of essential background checks)
