We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman to support the delivery of new housing projects across the Home Counties. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of site labour, materials, and subcontractors. With a strong trade background, you'll be ready to step in and lead hands-on tasks when required.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Foreman or similar supervisory role
- Trade background (bricklaying, carpentry, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, colleagues, and the public
Desirable (not essential):
- CSCS card
- First Aid qualification
- Additional relevant construction qualifications
- Experience in both residential and commercial construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Motivating and managing the workforce to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Maintaining site discipline and delivering inductions for new starters
- Organising and calling off material deliveries
- Ensuring sites are clean, secure, compliant, and paperwork is completed accurately
- Championing health and safety and promoting a positive safety culture
- Working closely with the Contracts Manager to identify opportunities and resolve issues
- Carrying out groundworks, masonry, and/or carpentry work when required
