Talent Finder is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their property team in Chelmsford/Benfleet. You will manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial transactions from instruction through to completion, including Land Registry matters.
You will work with minimal supervision, support junior colleagues and conveyancing assistants, and play a key role in client liaison, AML compliance, and business development as the department grows.
