  • Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator
  • Ability to set machines independently from setup sheets
  • Experience working to tight tolerances and quality standards
  • Ability to carry out self-inspection using micrometres, verniers, and gauges
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Experience with Mazak CNC lathes and/or Haas machining centres
  • Carry out full machine setup from working setup sheets
  • Operate Mazak CNC lathes and Haas machining centres
  • Work to tight tolerances while maintaining high quality standards
  • Perform self-inspection to ensure components meet specifications
  • Manage your own workload to ensure efficient production
  • Work independently while contributing to a busy machining department
