- Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator
- Ability to set machines independently from setup sheets
- Experience working to tight tolerances and quality standards
- Ability to carry out self-inspection using micrometres, verniers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Experience with Mazak CNC lathes and/or Haas machining centres
- Carry out full machine setup from working setup sheets
- Operate Mazak CNC lathes and Haas machining centres
- Work to tight tolerances while maintaining high quality standards
- Perform self-inspection to ensure components meet specifications
- Manage your own workload to ensure efficient production
- Work independently while contributing to a busy machining department
