In this role, your primary mission is to bolster our client's existing Account Managers maintaining your own portfolio of valued customers.

What will your role look like?

  • Efficient Sales Administration: Keep the Director up to speed with meticulous sales admin tasks, including generating quotes, issuing proforma invoices, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Your goal: To ensure utmost satisfaction for the company's key and new clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster enduring relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and preferences, thereby driving retention, growth, and sales conversion.
  • Reconnect with Potential Customers: Tap into the database to rekindle relationships with past customers. Understand their current purchasing habits and explore how the company's products can meet their evolving needs, aiming to regain market share.
  • Rapid Response to Queries: Promptly address any concerns raised by the Managing Director to mitigate potential business loss, demonstrating agility and reliability.
  • Lead Generation: Engage with potential clients sourced from various channels, providing them with a compelling overview of the company's offerings to expand their market reach.
  • Continuous Product Feedback: Keep the Product Marketing team informed with accurate insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to facilitate informed decision-making.
