This role is ideal for an NQ Solicitor looking for strong post-qualification support, or a 1-2 PQE Solicitor ready to take on greater responsibility within a respected and progressive firm.
To be successful, you will need:
- Qualification as a Solicitor (NQ-2 years PQE)
- Experience or exposure to RTA / Personal Injury claims
- Knowledge of the MOJ Portal and pre-litigation RTA processes (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- A proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude
- Experience using case management systems
What will your role look like?
You will support and progressively manage an RTA caseload, handling matters from instruction through to settlement or litigation. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing pre-litigation and litigated RTA files
- Drafting pleadings, court documents, and legal correspondence
- Liaising with clients, insurers, counsel, medical experts, and third parties
- Applying and developing your knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Ensuring accurate file management and compliance with firm procedures
- Delivering a consistently high standard of client care
- Supporting senior solicitors as required while developing your own caseload
