The company manufactures more than 1.6 million units every year and leads the industry in innovation and sustainability, supplying solutions to a wide range of sectors, from construction to security. The Role We are looking for an Installation Coordinator to join the team at Blok N Mesh permanently. You will assist the Installation team with booking work on-site and liaising with the field team and sub-contractors to ensure all orders are carried out on time. The role will also include general administrative duties for the department and liaising with others across the business. Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break) Key Responsibilities Assist the Contracts Manager in coordinating all works to ensure successful completion Arrange plant and material deliveries Select in-house and subcontract labour to perform works Liaise with other departments including transport, compliance, sales and admin Book works in with sites and act as a point of contact for the duration of works Ensure all relevant information is collated and submitted on time Carry out general administrative duties Requirements Essential Excellent telephone manners Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Desirable Experience within construction, engineering, property or related industries IOSH Managing Safely What's In It For You 32 days annual leave per annum including all statutory Bank Holidays Free parking On-site parking Company pension scheme What's next?
