Our client is a well-established independent insurance brokerage, operating from a busy insurance office in Yate since 1992. They provide expert advice across both commercial and personal insurance, with a strong reputation for service, retention, and long-term client relationships.
This is a sales-driven Account Handler role, ideal for someone who enjoys converting enquiries, developing client relationships, and growing a mixed book of commercial and personal lines business within a supportive and experienced team.

- Handling new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments across commercial and personal insurance
- Proactively converting inbound leads into new policies
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities between personal and commercial products
- Managing and developing a mixed insurance book of business
- Supporting business growth through ideas that improve efficiency and sales performance
- Working alongside in-house marketing, IT, and support teams to drive lead generation
- Delivering consistently high service levels to loyal clients, many of whom have remained with the brokerage for years
