Our client, based at Unit 5 Beech Court, Fenstanton, is looking to expand their talented production team with the addition of a Baker / Cake Maker. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled baker who takes pride in creating high-quality cakes and baked products. Working within a friendly and professional environment, you will play an important role in maintaining the exceptional standards the business is known for.

The Role

  • Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, sponges, fillings, and other baked products to a consistently high standard
  • Follow recipes accurately while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Assist with decorating and finishing cakes where required
  • Ensure all products are prepared within production schedules and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic working environment
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ingredient management
  • Work collaboratively with the wider production team to achieve daily targets
  • Contribute ideas for new products and seasonal offerings

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a bakery, cake production, or similar baking environment
