Working between a West London showroom and a Buckinghamshire workshop, you will be part of a collaborative team where design and craftsmanship come together to deliver stunning kitchens and joinery solutions.

You will play a key role in both design and sales, managing projects from initial enquiry through to final concept. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and converting incoming leads into design opportunities
- Creating concept designs, visuals, and presentations
- Conducting client meetings and site surveys
- Specifying materials, appliances, and finishes
- Producing detailed quotations and design proposals
- Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, architects, and contractors
- Managing multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met
- Minimum 2 years' experience in bespoke kitchens, joinery, or furniture design
- Strong sales and client-facing experience with the ability to convert leads
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of organisation with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approach
- Passion for design and delivering high-quality client experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Degree in Furniture Design or a related field
- Experience using 3D design software (e.g. SolidWorks, SketchUp or similar)
- Previous experience working with interior designers, architects, or developers
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and high-end kitchen/joinery products
