Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Closer to join our team—either remotely or in our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong closing mentality, a passion for helping clients, and the drive to earn a great income. What You’ll Be Doing: Opening up conversations with the right questions to identify client needs Presenting our recruitment solutions clearly and confidently Handling objections effectively and professionally Driving the sales process from initial contact to final close Managing your own pipeline and hitting targets consistently What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a sales closing role (B2B or B2C) Confident and articulate communicator Strong listening and questioning skills Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven Able to work independently and as part of a team What You’ll Get: Basic salary of £27,000 – £30,000 depending on experience Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000 Monday to Friday hours (9am–5pm) – no weekends Flexibility to work remotely or from our office Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development This is your chance to join a growing company where your success is rewarded, and your voice is heard.
