Are you the right person for the job?
- At least 2 years in drain clearing or a similar role
- Familiar with risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Industry-recognised training cards are a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CCTV / Lining Experience advantage but not essential
- Gully / Drain repairs and replacements skills an advantage but not essential
- Have relevant experience
- CSCS Licence would be an advantage
What will your role look like?
- Carry out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer’s drains
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise
- Operate in accordance with H&S and Quality procedures
- Maintain a standard of company service vehicle and equipment
- Accurately record work details via internal and client systems
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Our client is a family-run business that works under a franchise for Dyno-Plumbing & Heating, which is owned by British Gas.
Through their team of qualified Plumbers with a minimum of NVQ Level 2, they offer all plumbing work from a leaking stop tap to full bathroom installation, as well as upgrading hot water systems to an unvented.
