Looking for a senior finance role with genuine ownership, but not looking for full time hours?
Talent Finance are working with an growing group of businesses in Dorset to find an experienced Finance Manager to join them on a part time basis.
It’s a hands on role where you’ll be the key finance person for the site, working closely with the Managing Director and wider operational team, alongside Group Finance. You’ll also have support from an Accounts Assistant.
There’s plenty happening within the business, so this would suit someone who enjoys getting close to the detail, building relationships and helping shape how finance supports the wider operation.
The role will cover:
- Management accounts and month end
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- Year end, audit and Group reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
- Stock, WIP and operational finance
- Providing insight and support to the MD and wider team
- Improving processes and reporting
- Supporting and developing the Accounts Assistant
You could be qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience. Manufacturing exposure would be very useful, but it’s more important that you’re confident, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership.
