An ambitious and growing business is seeking a Head of Finance to join its leadership team at an exciting stage of its development. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function while playing an active part in shaping the future direction of the business. This unique position is exclusively managed by Talent Finance and is ideally suited to an established Financial Controller, Group Financial Controller or Finance Manager ready to step into a broader leadership role with a clear pathway towards Finance Director responsibilities.
Working within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing financial leadership, commercial insight and strategic support as the organisation continues to grow.
The Role
As Head of Finance, you will lead the day-to-day finance function while supporting the wider leadership team with accurate reporting, commercial analysis and financial planning. Key responsibilities include:
