Talent Finance are working with a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial advisory business in Poole that works closely with ambitious owner managed businesses, helping them understand their numbers, make better commercial decisions and plan for growth.

You’ll gain exposure to a much broader mix of commercial, strategic and advisory work, whilst keeping the client relationships and variety that make practice interesting.

What will you be doing? You’ll work directly with business owners across a varied SME portfolio, getting involved in:

  • Management accounts and commercial financial analysis
  • Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
  • Improving financial processes, controls and reporting
  • Supporting business planning, growth and operational projects
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business performance
  • Exit planning, including MBO and trade sale projects
  • Building trusted relationships and becoming a key point of contact for clients
