Manufacturing Finance Business Partner / Finance Analyst

Talent Finance are partnering with a successful and growing manufacturing business seeking to appoint a Manufacturing Finance Business Partner. Working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders, you'll play a key role in supporting performance, driving insight and helping shape the next phase of growth. Working closely with the Head of Finance and Operational Leaders, you'll provide meaningful financial insight that helps drive performance, improve decision making and support the continued development of the business.

This is a highly visible role that sits between finance and operations, giving you the opportunity to influence key decisions across manufacturing, production, inventory and project performance. It would suit a commercially minded Finance Analyst, Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner or Manufacturing Accountant looking to broaden their exposure within a manufacturing environment.

The Role

You'll play a key role in helping the business understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement and support operational decision making. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing manufacturing, project and operational performance
  • Monitoring material, labour and overhead costs
  • Reviewing Bills of Materials, routings and costing data
