Overview Talent Finance is partnering with a progressive, high performing organisation in Poole to appoint a Finance Director who will be right at the heart of change. As the business enters its next phase of growth, this key senior leadership role would suit a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys being hands on, close to operations and actively shaping the future of a business and finance team.The Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take full ownership of the finance function and become a key voice at Board level. You will combine strong financial governance with forward thinking commercial insight, supporting strategic decision making as the business evolves, scales and adapts.This is very much an on site role.
