Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving finance team? We’re working with a growing organisation that is expanding internationally and looking for a motivated finance professional to join their UK team. This role offers an exciting mix of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties across multiple entities and currencies—perfect for someone who enjoys switching gears and making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volumes of both vendor and customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Handling multi-currency payment runs and reconciling vendor statements
  • Managing staff expense claims and company credit card transactions
  • Supporting credit control efforts, including chasing outstanding debts
  • Assisting with month-end processes and ad hoc financial transactions

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
  • Strong AR skills; AP experience also welcome
  • Solid understanding of VAT and coding requirements
  • Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with Office 365
  • Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite (preferred)

This opportunity is available on either a 6-12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) or as a Temp-to-Perm arrangement. With recent acquisitions fueling growth, this is a great time to get involved—there may be future opportunities to explore other roles as the business continues to evolve.
