Talent Finance are working with a fast-growing, multi-entity group near Bournemouth as they enter a critical phase of transformation. The business is evolving its structure, systems and financial backbone and is looking for an Interim Head of Finance Transformation to support its next stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced interim finance professional to step into a high profile transformation role, working closely with senior leadership to help shape a scalable, future fit finance function.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading finance transformation initiatives across a growing multi entity group
- Supporting the creation of new entities and wider group structuring
- Strengthening financial controls, reporting capability and core finance processes
- Partnering with external advisers on tax, compliance and structuring matters
- Reviewing and enhancing finance systems, operational workflows and efficiencies
- Designing the future finance operating model and reporting framework
- Acting as a senior escalation point and strategic support to the finance team
- Bringing leadership, clarity and stability during a significant period of change
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in finance transformation, restructuring or change environments
- Experience operating within group structures or multi entity businesses
- Strong understanding of systems, controls and process improvement
- Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands on where needed
- A calm, credible and commercially minded leader who brings structure and clarity
- Able and willing to be onsite in Poole
