Talent Finance is partnering with an International Manufacturing firm who are looking for an experienced Head of FP&A based in Poole.

Our client is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to play a key role in shaping financial strategy, overseeing planning and reporting, and acting as a trusted business partner to senior leadership. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this is a newly created role with significant scope for progression.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and excellence.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and business alignment.
Provide strategic financial insights, partnering with key stakeholders to drive performance and decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational and financial efficiency.
Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and best practices across the business.

What We’re Looking For

ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified with at least 5 years PQE experience.
Proven leadership experience in a finance function, with a track record of managing and developing teams.
Strong financial planning and analysis expertise, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confidence in navigating challenges in a fast-moving and evolving business environment.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted financial advisor.
