Talent Finance are working with a dynamic, multi-entity group to appoint a commercially focused Group Management Accountant for a company based in Poole. This is a key role within the finance function, offering real ownership of reporting, performance insight, and financial planning across a complex, fast-moving environment. You will take responsibility for delivering accurate, meaningful financial information that supports decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of monthly group management accounts with clear, insightful variance analysis
  • Development and continuous improvement of reporting packs, dashboards and KPI frameworks
  • Delivery of forward-looking financial insight, including trend analysis and scenario modelling
  • Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning processes
  • Full oversight of manufacturing accounting, including margin and cost analysis
  • Business partnering with operational and senior stakeholders to challenge and support performance
  • Supporting strategic initiatives through financial modelling and investment appraisal
  • Managing and developing a small team within the management accounting function

About you:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience. Strong background in management accounting or FP.
