Finance Business Analyst | London Bridge (Hybrid) | £65k

Are you a Finance Business Analyst who enjoys getting under the skin of how businesses really work — improving processes, shaping systems and helping teams move forward?

We’re working with a growing consultancy based near London Bridge, who specialise in finance, HR and procurement transformation. They partner with organisations to improve how back-office functions operate, combining people, process and technology to deliver real, lasting change.

This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working in a consultancy environment, engaging with stakeholders and playing a key role in transformation programmes.

The Role

As Finance Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their current processes and help design future-state solutions across finance (and in some cases HR or payroll).

You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of transformation projects, including:

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements
• Mapping current and future-state processes
• Supporting the implementation of finance and HR systems
• Writing user stories, acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops
• Identifying process improvements and efficiencies
• Supporting change management, training and business readiness
• Working closely with technical and delivery teams

About You

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people as much as processes.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on finance and/or HR transformation projects
• Strong process mapping and requirements gathering skills
• Exposure to SaaS systems such as Workday, Oracle or SAP
• A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
• Comfort working in a consultancy-style environment

What’s on Offer

• Salary of £50,000 – £65,000
