Senior Finance Business Partner – Weybridge (Hybrid) | £75,000 – £85,000 + Exceptional Benefits
Talent Finance are proud to be working exclusively with a global organisation headquartered in Weybridge to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll partner directly with senior leadership, delivering financial insight and strategic advice to support informed decision-making across a complex, fast-evolving business.
You\’ll report to the Finance Director and work closely with business units and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and influencing key business decisions in a truly transformative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis – Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Performance Monitoring – Track financial performance, providing actionable insights and commentary to business leaders.
- Stakeholder Reporting – Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key trend analyses.
- Financial Integrity – Ensure accurate statutory reporting and compliance with IFRS.
- Cashflow Management – Oversee daily cash management and collaborate with the Treasury team for effective liquidity control.
- Business Partnering – Provide financial support and challenge to drive performance and guide investment decisions across the business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA) with strong post-qualified experience.
- Expertise in IFRS and financial compliance.
- Proven experience with SAP or Oracle systems.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident, proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
Location & Working Style:
- Due to the stakeholder-heavy nature of the role, particularly during onboarding, a strong on-site presence is preferred initially.
