This is a privately owned, self-funded recruitment business with a strong reputation in MedTech, partnering with clients working on genuinely life-changing technology - from advanced implantable devices to cutting-edge therapeutic systems.
As part of their next phase of expansion, they’re looking to bring in experienced 360 recruiters at Senior Consultant level across permanent and contract markets.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a commercially minded recruiter who enjoys full ownership of their desk and wants the freedom to build something meaningful within a high-performing, values-led business. You’ll be trusted to operate as a true consultant, not micromanaged, with access to a warm client base, modern tools, and leadership that backs good ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Full 360 Recruitment Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for your desk, from new business development through to delivery and account growth.
- Business Development & Client Growth: Winning new clients, expanding existing relationships, and positioning yourself as a long-term talent partner rather than a transactional supplier.
- Market Leadership: Acting as a subject-matter expert in your niche, using headhunting, market mapping, and creative sourcing strategies to secure top-tier talent.
- Leadership by Example: Supporting junior consultants, sharing best practice, and setting the benchmark for delivery, behaviour, and results.
