Are you a Recruitment Consultant with 6+ months’ experience and an interest in the Life Sciences sector? This is an opportunity to build a long-term career recruiting within a specialist, high-demand market across pharma, biotech, CROs, and medtech.
The Role
You’ll manage the recruitment process within a defined Life Sciences market, partnering with clients and candidates across areas such as Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Biometrics, Medical Affairs, or Drug Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 or 180, depending on experience)
- Developing and maintaining client relationships within the Life Sciences market
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, and job boards
- Managing candidate interviews and client briefs
- Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Building deep market knowledge and long-term candidate pipelines
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in agency recruitment
- Exposure to Life Sciences recruitment (or strong interest in the sector)
- Confident communicator with clients and candidates
- Target-driven with a commercial mindset
- Experience recruiting perm, contract, or temp roles
