An ambitious and proactive Resourcer is required to support and grow within a life sciences recruitment team. This role offers hands-on involvement in the recruitment process, with increasing exposure to client interaction and end-to-end recruitment, making it an ideal stepping stone toward a Recruitment Consultant position.
You will focus on sourcing, engaging, and managing high-quality candidates while supporting recruitment processes from job intake through to placement, with guidance from experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities- Source and identify candidates across the life sciences sector using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and networking methods
- Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability, skills, and motivation
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both current and future roles
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
- Support and progressively manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to placement
- Write and post job advertisements aligned with client and candidate requirements
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and support offer processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM/ATS system
- Develop strong market knowledge across life sciences disciplines and roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
