A specialist life sciences recruitment business is looking to hire a Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join their team, with offices in Brighton or Crawley. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a warm, high-performing desk within the permanent clinical market, with strong existing relationships and significant room for growth.
The Role
You will take ownership of an established desk within the clinical life sciences space, focusing on permanent recruitment. The role will suit someone confident in business development, building long-term client relationships, and growing an already successful market. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where consultants are given autonomy to develop their own markets while benefiting from strong brand recognition within the sector.
Location & Working Pattern
- Office based in Crawley
- Hybrid working – 2 days in the office / 3 days from home
Package
- Up to £40,000 base salary
- No threshold commission structure
- Year 1 OTE around £100k+
- Established desk easily capable of £200k+ annual billings
