A welcoming and well-established junior school in the Salisbury area is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team from September 2026. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm (6.5-hour day), initially on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person. The role is expected to continue for a minimum of one academic year.
The Role
- You will work within a large classroom environment, leading targeted small group interventions and providing additional support to pupils who would benefit from focused teaching.
- Working closely with class teachers and school leaders, you will play an important role in helping pupils build confidence, make progress and achieve their potential.
