An established and highly regarded children's nursery in Deal is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead its dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational early years professional to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic leadership of a thriving nursery committed to delivering exceptional childcare and education. The Role
- Lead, motivate and develop a committed team of early years professionals.
- Ensure full compliance with the EYFS Framework, safeguarding legislation and Ofsted requirements.
- Deliver an outstanding learning environment that supports every child's development through high-quality, child-centred practice.
- Manage recruitment, staffing, training, supervisions and performance.
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
- Build strong relationships with parents, external agencies and the local community.
- Oversee all aspects of nursery operations, health and safety, quality assurance and compliance.
