Talent Drive are partnering with one of the UK's leading consumer businesses to recruit a Senior Procurement Manager into their established Technology Procurement team.
This is a strategic opportunity to lead procurement across the organisation's Enterprise Enablement Technology portfolio, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape commercial strategy across critical business systems that support a multi billion pound organisation.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for procurement across a Software portfolio Business Platforms, focused across the leading sourcing strategy and supplier relationships across technology that enables key corporate functions.
Working closely with Technology and Business leaders, you will influence major procurement decisions while managing a small team and helping shape the future direction of this growing category (Enterprise Applications, ERP Platforms, HR, Payroll & Workforce Management, Legal & Finance Technology, Enterprise Software and Business Platforms)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy across the Enterprise Enablement Technology category.
- Deliver complex sourcing projects from strategy through to contract award.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and commercial negotiations.
- Partner with senior Technology and Business stakeholders.
- Drive value through cost optimisation, supplier performance and innovation.
- Lead and develop two Procurement Managers.
About You
- Significant Technology Procurement experience within large, complex organisations.
- Strong Enterprise Software procurement expertise.
- Experience negotiating complex software, Saa S and enterprise technology agreements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.
- Leadership capability or previous people management experience.
