A global real estate business is looking to appoint a Procurement Manager to join its London based team, supporting a large scale, fast paced and highly complex FM and corporate real estate environment.
This is a high impact role focused on delivering value for money, strengthening supplier performance and embedding procurement best practice across a diverse UK wide supply base.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting existing and new supply chains across multiple contracts and locations
- Leading supplier identification, tendering, negotiation and contract development
- Driving compliance to preferred supplier frameworks and improving governance
- Delivering measurable cost savings, service improvements and risk mitigation
- Developing and implementing category and supply chain strategies
- Influencing senior stakeholders and educating the business on procurement best practice
- Partnering closely with Finance, Commercial, QHSE and operational teams
About you:
- CIPS qualified (or working towards) with strong operational procurement experience
- Proven track record of delivering savings and supplier performance improvements
- Confident influencing stakeholders across a matrix, multi site organisation
- Commercially astute with strong analytical capability
