Are you a commercially astute professional with a background in Defence, IT, or Engineering contracts? Location: UK-based (Hybrid x2/3 days onsite, rest remote) - compressed week with every other Friday off option available!

Your Role: As a Commercial Manager, you will oversee contract and commercial management of multi-million-pound agreements, acting as the go-to expert for key stakeholders. You will also contribute to major proposals and negotiations across high-value, complex contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial activities across major Defence & National Security contracts
  • Negotiate terms, scope, and pricing in collaboration with legal, finance, and supply chain
  • Guide teams through changes in contract scope or terms
  • Contribute to strategic proposals and commercial governance

What You’ll Bring:

  • Degree in Law, Business, or similar
  • Proven commercial management experience in a Defence or technical environment
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience handling complex proposals and governance processes
