An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing procurement function within a leading healthcare organisation.

As part of a major investment in the procurement team, we are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead complex sourcing projects across a varied portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end procurement activity, working closely with stakeholders and delivering compliant procurement solutions that create real commercial value.

Due to the nature of the fixed term contract, ideally be in a position to start immediately/ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and tendering activity across multiple categories.
  • Manage competitive procurement processes, including mini-competitions and framework call-offs.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Deliver commercial value while ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the procurement team where required.

About You

We're interested in speaking with procurement professionals who have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Public sector procurement.
  • NHS or healthcare procurement.
  • Running procurement exercises via framework agreements.
  • OJEU/Find a Tender procurement knowledge.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience using e Tendering platforms such as JAGGAER is advantageous.
