Third Party Risk Specialist | £55,000 to £65,000 | Bonus | Healthcare | Great Pension | Food Allowance | + many more amazing benefits | Central London – 3 days a week | A globally recognised, fun brand

This really is an amazing opportunity to joining a globally recognised brand who operate in most countries, but still on a really strong growth trajectory.

You'll be working in a newly formed function of the global group procurement function to manage supplier due diligence, ensure their new system is being used properly and widely known across the business and mainly to manage their Third Party Risk Management for their entire supplier base.

They are quite open to experience and background; ideally someone who has TPRM, Procurement Governance or Supplier Due Diligence is preferable. However, they will consider an ambitious and generalist Procurement Manager who has a desire to move into a more Risk and TPRM focussed position.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Manage the end to end third party risk management vendor onboarding process and workflow by collaborating with requesters and risk teams to ensure that all necessary risk checks are carried out
  • Support procurement team and the wider business with financial health and sanctions checks at both onboarding and monitoring contract lifecycle
  • Support the development and enhancement of TPRM frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide coaching and guidance for procurement colleagues and the wider business on how to manage and mitigate procurement owned risks with particular attention towards business critical suppliers
  • Review, update, and implement the business continuity plan for critical suppliers

Experience & requirements:

  • Experience within Procurement Operations or vendor management, or similar risk management roles
  • Proficient in risk management tools such as Dun & Bradstreet and Comply Advantage and analysis of company financial data
  • Knowledge of TPRM domains, processes, and systems
  • Monitoring and measurement of supplier performance
  • Strong communication – listening, verbal and written, able to adapt to a variety of audiences and situations
  • Can-do attitude, collaborative and thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
