Location: Surrey HQ or London HQ (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)

Salary: c.£65,000 + 20% Bonus + Private Healthcare + free food onsite + additional benefits

Are you a commercially driven procurement professional looking to make a real impact across a diverse portfolio of categories? Talent Drive are partnering with a leading Food service business that manages a broad range of clients across the hospitality, foodservice and consumer sectors. As part of an ambitious growth strategy, they are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join their high performing procurement team.

The Opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic sourcing initiatives across substantial spend categories, helping to drive value, innovation, sustainability and supplier performance. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across procurement, category management, supply chain and commercial functions, leading sourcing projects from strategy development through to execution and contract award. You'll also have the opportunity to coach and develop procurement talent while helping shape best-in-class sourcing practices.

About You: We're looking for an ambitious procurement professional who combines strategic thinking with strong delivery capability. You will likely have:

  • Experience within Strategic Sourcing, Procurement or Category Management
  • Exposure to FMCG, Foodservice, Retail or a complex commercial environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proven success delivering commercial value and cost-saving initiatives
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities
  • A solid understanding of supply chains and market dynamics
  • Experience developing or mentoring procurement professionals
  • CIPS qualification (or working towards it) would be advantageous.
