A leading multi-billion pound service organisation—supporting some of the UK’s most recognised names in foodservice and hospitality—is searching for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead high-impact sourcing initiatives across Indirect categories. As part of a growing, values-driven team, you’ll help shape smarter, more resilient supply chains while contributing to net zero and social value goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and lead strategic sourcing projects that drive measurable value and mitigate supply chain risk.
• Manage and develop a team of Buyers to deliver best-in-class procurement outcomes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to identify future sourcing opportunities.
• Deliver full end-to-end sourcing events—from tendering to contracting.
• Monitor market trends and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
• Champion sustainable sourcing and support ESG-aligned initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience in strategic procurement or category management (FMCG, foodservice, retail ideal).
• Proven commercial acumen and ability to influence at a senior level.
• Strong negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Track record of delivering value and innovation in competitive markets.
• Experience leading teams and nurturing talent.
