The Scope:
- You’ll sit within the Property Business Unit, partnering across:
- Store Equipment (£70m spend) – refrigeration, shelving, lighting, wiring, racking, flooring, fit-out components
- Total managed spend across the wider area: £600m
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong experience across Property & FM (non-negotiable)
- Strategic category management capability
- Comfortable influencing specification owners
- Experience within Retail/Consumer highly desirable
- Exposure to main contractors / construction environment advantageous
- Ambitious, commercially sharp, confident communicator
