Job Description Procurement Business Partner/ Senior Procurement Manager | Marketing and HR | £70,000 – £85,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus + a competitive 15% non-contributory pension + hybrid working to either Central London or Bristol office – ideally 3 days in office and rest WFH. Overview: A Procurement Business Partner, senior position leading the Marketing and HR category working within a fantastic purpose led commercial organisation within financial services focusing on mobility needs and providing affordable and sustainable financial solutions. This role will be leading and managing high profile and high value suppliers and contracts. Collaborating with stakeholders to efficiently manage contract renewals, operating as the single main point of contact and leading on supplier contracts and commercial negotiations. What the role involves: Drive strategic procurement by leading contract renewals in partnership with senior leadership. Evaluate sourcing models (outsourcing, hybrid, insourcing) to identify optimal pricing and value. Develop supplier strategies collaboratively with senior stakeholders, informed by market intelligence.
