Procurement Manager – Capex

Location: Home Based (with travel to manufacturing sites as required)

Salary: £60K to £80K + £5K Car allowance + 5% Bonus + PMI + 25 days AL + excellent benefits

Talent Drive are support a leading UK based FMCG business who are undergoing a major transformation, significantly increasing its capital investment from £20M to £100M. As part of this exciting change programme, we’re looking for an experienced Procurement Manager – Capex to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of capital procurement across their manufacturing network.

This role will take full commercial ownership of over £35M in Capex spend over the next two years, focusing on high-impact, high-value procurement projects across multiple UK sites. You’ll work with stakeholders from site-level teams to senior directors, managing the end-to-end sourcing of capital equipment, civil works, and associated services.
