Talent Drive have partnered with a leading real estate business working on an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager to support one of their flagship clients in the financial services sector. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll work closely with both procurement and operations teams to deliver cost-effective, high-performing procurement solutions across a wide range of facilities management (FM) services.

It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys end-to-end procurement, driving innovation, managing supplier relationships, and helping clients hit targets around savings, diversity, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver sourcing strategies across FM categories (UK & Ireland)
  • Run tendering processes, including bid creation, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Own supplier performance management, lead business reviews, and drive continuous improvement
  • Help the client meet their cost-saving, diversity, and sustainability goals
  • Analyse pricing and benchmark costs across services
  • Support legal and compliance processes across procurement activities
  • Track and report on savings, KPIs, and ad-hoc procurement metrics
You’ll Need To Have:
  • Strong experience in Soft FM procurement (building services, construction, soft services, etc.)
  • Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of delivering savings
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to lead procurement processes from strategy through to supplier delivery
  • Good knowledge of contract management and supplier governance
  • Comfortable working within large, complex global organisations
  • Ideally, experience with eProcurement systems and playbook creation
