Procurement Manager (FM and Indirects)

Hertfordshire (3 days per week) + UK site travel

Talent Drive are partnering with a large, multi-site hospitality UK organisation to appoint two new Procurement Managers focused on either Facility Management or broader operational Goods & Services spend. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 3–5 years’ category experience (FM or broad indirect procurement) who is ready to take on more ownership and visible commercial impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end to end sourcing and tender activity
  • Manage key supplier relationships and performance
  • Drive cost savings and value improvement initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts and improve commercial terms
  • Work closely with senior operational stakeholders across sites

We’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years’ procurement/category experience
  • FM or Goods & Services exposure
  • Experience in multi-site or operational environments
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded and comfortable owning projects
