This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded procurement professional to step into a high-profile role within a major content, entertainment and production environment. You’ll be joining a collaborative procurement team that supports a large global production business, working across a varied mix of categories including production technology, post-production, studios, equipment, facilities, travel and associated production services.

It is a role that sits close to senior production stakeholders, so you will need to be confident, positive, commercially curious and able to build trust quickly. This is not a traditional back-office procurement role. The business needs someone who can act as a true partner to senior stakeholders, understand the pace and complexity of production, and help shape smarter commercial decisions across some of the organisation’s most important projects.

Production procurement experience would be ideal, but the team are realistic that this is a niche skillset. Strong procurement experience across IT, technology, media, creative, facilities, equipment, travel or wider indirects would all be highly relevant.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end procurement activity across a varied range of production-related categories, including sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation and negotiation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across production, studios and wider business teams to understand requirements, influence decisions and deliver practical commercial solutions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using spend analysis, market insight, supplier knowledge and internal demand to unlock value and support long-term savings.
  • Manage supplier relationships, driving performance, governance, risk management and continuous improvement across key partners.
  • Support major transformation and production projects, including the use of technology, data and Gen AI to improve procurement processes and commercial outcomes.
Key skills and experience:
  • Procurement experience gained in a complex, fast-paced organisation, ideally with some exposure to IT, technology, digital, media, production, creative services, facilities, travel or wider indirect categories.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior operational and production leaders.
  • Experience leading sourcing activity, tenders, supplier negotiations and commercial projects.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, able to turn data, spend insight and market knowledge into clear recommendations.
  • Positive, dynamic and adaptable personality, with the ability to work across lots of different category areas and manage multiple priorities at pace.

Why join? Work at the heart of a major global production business, supporting high-profile content and studio activity across the UK and international markets. Gain exposure to a uniquely varied category mix, from cameras, catering and post-production through to production technology, facilities and travel. Join a team that values energy, confidence and commercial curiosity, with genuine scope to shape procurement’s impact in a fast-moving creative environment. Be part of a business investing in transformation, technology and smarter ways of working. Hybrid working, with typically 2–3 days per week in the London office and flexibility around business needs. This would suit someone who enjoys stakeholder-facing procurement, likes variety, and wants to work in an environment that is more dynamic and creative than a traditional corporate category role. Production procurement experience would be a bonus, but broad indirects with strong IT/category experience and the right personality could be just as valuable.
