You’ll ideally bring:

  • A recognised ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification.
  • Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO certifications and Quality Management Systems.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to develop and deliver structured compliance plans.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and a strong understanding of risk management.
  • The ability to develop practical compliance frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Confidence working collaboratively with internal teams, external advisors and senior stakeholders.

The Benefits

Alongside the opportunity to take ownership of an important role within the business, the benefits package includes:

  • Hybrid working, with three days in the office and the option to work from home for two days each week.
  • 25 days’ annual leave, including the Christmas closure, increasing with length of service
  • Performance-related bonus scheme.
  • Company pension
  • Discounted gym membership at a local independent gym.
  • Ongoing training and development to support your professional growth and the needs of the business.
  • Free on-site parking and modern office facilities, including kitchen and break areas.
  • Company social events, including a summer BBQ and Christmas celebrations.
