A globally reputable brand Talent Drive are supporting a well established organisation in Luton with the recruitment of a Procurement Manager, focusing across a Technology spend. The role has come available due to internal promotion.
This role will suit someone who is confident managing and influencing stakeholders, willing to think on their own two and leading end-to-end sourcing activity across the category in a busy and fast paced environment.
Category scope is expected to include:
- Technology (Software, AI, IT Security, Hardware, IT Services, SaaS, Digital)
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing sourcing projects from opportunity assessment through to contract award
- Strategic category management, proactively engaging with all levels of stakeholder
- Leading tender processes (RFP/RFQ) and supplier selection
- Supporting contract negotiation and implementation of commercial agreements
- Developing category plans and identifying cost and value opportunities
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting governance improvements
