A leading technology services business with offices around the globe is seeking two Procurement Managers. These roles are based in the City of London, requiring attendance in the office two days a week. The company is building out a function and needs someone to take on a range of indirect projects and deliver them at pace, with the potential for growth within the business.

Role and responsibilities:
- Create corporate strategies through to delivery and performance, including year-on-year annualised savings.
- Review new and existing contracts to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop group-wide category plans and strategies to ensure alignment for the group, leveraging suppliers to support local offices.
- Engage, manage, and influence senior stakeholders from Director to Board level to ensure buy-in, utilising strong market knowledge.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a rounded knowledge of supplier performance.
- Monitor supplier risk and performance through reporting tools and business feedback.
- Be a Procurement role model by living company values, consistently delivering to high standards, and promoting procurement through relationships.
- Ensure the business receives the best service in line with cost efficiency while over-delivering on strategic projects.
Experience and requirements:
- Proven end-to-end procurement experience across a broad range of indirect and corporate categories.
- Strong contracts experience, understanding risk, SLAs, and contractual terms.
- Generalist indirect category management experience.
- Private sector procurement experience, ideally within a global business.
- Previous experience working on complex global projects, dealing with Tier 1 suppliers of significant value.
- Confident in engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders across various regions.
- A highly strategic mindset when approaching procurement, suppliers, and business needs.
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with contacts in different cultures and countries.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.
- MCIPS qualified is a nice to have but not essential.
