Talent Drive are partnering with a leading food organisation to appoint a Category Manager – Indirects into a high impact role within a fast paced, commercially driven environment.
This opportunity offers full ownership of indirect category strategy, primarily focused on temp labour, fleet, travel, marketing and utilities. You will have responsibility for driving value, managing supplier performance and delivering sustainable commercial outcomes at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and delivering end to end indirect category strategies
- Driving cost optimisation, value creation and inflation mitigation
- Leading supplier negotiations and strategic relationships
- Influencing senior stakeholders across a complex organisation
- Developing and coaching a capable, engaged category team
- Supporting sustainability, compliance and governance objectives
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in strategic indirect category management
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Experience operating in complex or matrix organisations
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into broader team responsibility
