Are you a senior procurement professional ready to take ownership of a major Property & Construction portfolio across a complex, multi-site estate? This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role overseeing all procurement activity across building maintenance, civils, roofing, FM asset upgrades, and new build/refurbishment projects. You will be shaping commercial strategy for a global operation where scale, safety, and uptime truly matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading procurement strategy for a broad Property category spanning civil engineering, construction, reactive & planned maintenance, and capex works.
- Managing and developing a team of 2–3 Procurement Managers.
- Partnering closely with Property leadership, engineers, and project teams across a multi-billion-pound estate.
- Driving value, compliance, and supplier performance across mission-critical services.
- Taking ownership of major tendering activity, long-term framework agreements, and supplier development programs.
- Ensuring all buildings remain safe, compliant, and “fit for purpose” through robust supply chain management.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in Property, Construction or Civils procurement.
- Ability to operate in a large, multi-site, high governance environment.
- Experience leading high-performing teams.
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders in fast-paced, complex environments.
